Profile Wire Forms

Profile wire screens are available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. From two basic forms, slot tubes and flat screens, almost all shapes and sizes can be developed to fit customers´ requirements. Some of our most popular product forms are given below.

Slot Tubes

The support profiles are rods in the axial direction of the tube. The surface profiles are spirally wound around the support profiles.

Flat Welded Screens

The surface profiles are welded at 90° angles onto support rods.

Flat Screens Panels

These are similar to "Welded flat screens", but they are manufactured by opening and flattening slot tubes.

Support Tubes

The construction is similar to that of slot tubes, but in this case the tube is used as carrier for another filter media. Support elements are mainly made with round wires.

Cylinders & Conical Baskets

The surface profiles are rods in the axial direction of the cylinder and the support profiles are rings.

Continuous Cylinders

The surface profiles are rods in the axial direction of the tube. The support profile is spirally wound around the surface profiles.
