Wedge Screen for Gold Mill Plant

Wedge screen is made of profile wire, woven or welded and support rods with the materials: stainless steel wire, welded wire, low carbon steel wire. Wedge screen is widely used for gold mill plant and graded washing. Its working principle is to enable the materials inside screen drum (passage) to move forward through the rotation around axis and the unique angles. The drum body is made of mesh grid or perforated steel plate. The motor drives the transmission system to rotate. This drum is frequently used for ore washing, sand washing, grading and desliming.
